Garlic is aged in an oven on a low temperature for 40 days, creating a sweet black treat.

The Black Garlic has a sweet and savoury flavour with a soft texture. Black Garlic is the perfect addition to a cheese board, meat, dark chocolate or a tomato or mushroom dish. The Black Garlic is used in a gourmet range of drizzles and vinaigrettes.
